Does iGlammed Up Cosmetics allow returns?
Due to Covid-19 and the sanitation of cosmetic items, iGlammed Up Cosmetics will only allow returns for unused, unopened products. All items must be in their original state and can exchanged for store credit that does not expire. We do not issue refunds. If an item needs to be returned, please send the product to:

Once the product is received, a store credit will be issued via the email that was used to place the order.
What if my products are damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, you have 72 hours from the delivery date to file a claim. The product must be sent back and once we received, we will do a quality inspection and send out a new product. If that product happens to be sold out, we will issue a store credit.
